Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 6 months to 1 years of experience in tele calling or customer service experience with language skills in Hindi And English. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires 2nd puc and availability to work Monday to Saturday during the General shift.
