Position Overview: As an Insurance Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling insurance products to potential customers over the phone. You will be responsible for building rapport with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering them tailored insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Target Achievement: Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our insurance products. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up-to-date on the company's insurance products and services. Explain policy details, coverage, and benefits to customers effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Provide excellent customer service, including addressing queries and concerns. Identify potential leads and maintain an organized customer database. Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline. Qualifications: Previous experience in insurance sales or telesales is a plus ( Life and Health ) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Good organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
