Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via calls, emails, and SMS to remind them of pending payments.

• Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans when necessary.

• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate payment records.

• Handle customer queries and provide solutions related to billing and payment issues.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance in all collection activities.

• Identify and escalate cases of fraudulent or non-responsive customers to the management.

• Meet daily/weekly collection targets and maintain a high success rate in debt recovery.

• Work closely with the accounts and legal teams for complex cases.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 0-0.5 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in Hindi. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed.
