We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our expanding team in the insurance vertical. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to communicate effectively with potential clients and have a passion for helping individuals understand their insurance needs. This role requires a proficient understanding of different insurance products, as well as the competence to convey the benefits of these products to customers. The Tele Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by contacting leads, identifying customer needs, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. · Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce insurance products.
· Identify customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions. Calling leads provided by company
· Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
· Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
· Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
· Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the insurance industry.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
· Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Excellent communication skill (English and Hindi)
· Qualification : Any graduate/ undergraduate ( 12th Pass)
· Age : 19 to 27 Years
Salary
· Salary between 25,000 to 28,000 in hand + unlimited incentives
· (Average earned incentive – 15000 PM)
