Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Telesales Team Lead to manage and motivate a team of 5 telesales executives at Malgopay. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities in Tamil and English, and a proven track record in telesales. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring sales targets are met, and providing guidance to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5 telesales executives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for each team member and provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance.

• Provide training and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and product knowledge.

• Handle escalated calls and customer queries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain performance metrics, track team progress, and generate reports for upper management.

• Identify areas of improvement within the team and implement strategies to increase overall productivity and sales performance.

• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and strategize for growth.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 2nd PUC (Pre-University Course) or equivalent.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil and English (both written and verbal communication).

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a telesales or telemarketing role, with team leadership experience preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

• Ability to manage a team, drive results, and handle performance-related challenges.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
