Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Make feedback calls to customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

- Graduation in any discipline
- Minimum 6 months of experience in any profile (sales profile preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
