Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach & Follow-ups: Call and engage with current dealers, old dealers, and lost clients to strengthen relationships.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide polite, professional, and solution-oriented support to dealers and clients.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
Ability to handle conversations smoothly.
Polite and soft-spoken, maintaining a professional tone similar to AMEX-level customer service.
Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, is an advantage.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a strong focus on relationship building.
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and follow up efficiently.
Skills:
MS Office & Data Management – Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for tracking calls, follow-ups, and customer details.
Email & Chat Communication – Professional email writing and WhatsApp Business communication skills.
