We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to engage customers over the phone, and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Sales Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introduce the company’s products and services, and build rapport.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from databases, cold calling, and other marketing channels.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Customer Engagement: Handle customer inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Sales Conversion: Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
CRM Management: Record and update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Customer Follow-up: Follow up on leads, track customer progress, and ensure satisfaction post-sale.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales progress, lead generation, and market feedback to the sales manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve processes and increase lead conversion rates.
Proven experience as a telesales executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build relationships.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good organizational skills and time management.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Experience in telemarketing or telesales in [specific industry] is a plus.
Basic knowledge of [specific product/service].
