Perform cold calling to B2B sales channel partners and converting leads into sales.
Handle incoming queries from company website and other digital media platforms
Collect and analyse customer feedback, preferences, and complaints
Maintain accurate and timely End-of-Day (EOD) reports of sales data
Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly targets

Job Requirements:
