Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our IT solutions team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching cloud-based software solutions, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our cloud-based software solutions.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain a database of leads and update customer interactions in the CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Experience: 0-3 years in tele sales, preferably in IT/software sales.
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Basic knowledge of IT solutions and cloud-based software is a plus.
Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
