JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Calling Agents to join our dynamic NBFC team. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers to promote our diverse range of financial products and services while driving meaningful customer interactions and fostering long-term relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
2. Generating leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions.
3. Presenting our products or services to clients and clearly articulating their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
4. Collaborating with internal departments, including Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.
5. Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.
6. Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position in the market and maintain a competitive edge.
7. Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 6 months of proven Telesales experience as representative or in a similar sale.
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
2. Fluency in English and Hindi and any other regional language.
3. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
4. Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
5. Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and evolving market demands.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Prior experience in, call center outbound sales in Banking or Non-Banking sector. Who can Sell a Product to customer’s
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: Graduate Freshers or PUC with minimum 6 months of Experienced candidates welcome
Languages Required: Proficient in English + Hindi
WORK SCHEDULE:
6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off, No cab facility provided
COMPENSATION:
For Freshers: ₹20,000 to ₹ 25,000(In-Hand)
For Experienced Candidates: ₹26,000 to ₹30,000 (In-Hand)
