RoadServe is a fast-growing automotive service platform offering roadside assistance, car repair, towing, and vehicle maintenance services across India. We're building a customer-first ecosystem to provide instant help and reliable services on the go.
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our sales and support team. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into customers, and ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to service delivery.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services.
Handle inbound customer queries related to roadside assistance, towing, or vehicle services.
Follow up on leads generated through ads, referrals, or digital campaigns.
Schedule service requests and coordinate with the operations team.
Maintain detailed call records and update CRM systems.
Share service quotes, offers, and information professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Handle customer objections, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up as needed.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English (regional languages are a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus (training will be provided).
Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp-based communication is an advantage.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience in telesales, customer support, or BPO preferred but not mandatory.
