Job Summary:

As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers over the phone. Your role will involve engaging with leads, understanding customer needs, providing information, and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.

• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to supervisors or management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred, but not required.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

• Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet those needs.

• Negotiation Skills: Comfortable negotiating terms and closing sales.

• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills for using CRM software and handling calls.

• Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards and achieve set targets and quotas.

• Persistence: Self-motivated and resilient, with a determination to succeed in a competitive environment.
