Prayaanah Holidays Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Travel Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products/services, and setting up appointments or generating sales leads. You will play a key role in driving our business growth and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databasesPromote products and services clearly and effectively over the phoneAnswer questions and handle objections professionallySchedule appointments for the sales team or close sales directly, depending on the campaignUpdate CRM systems with call outcomes, customer feedback, and lead statusFollow up on previous interactions to build strong customer relationshipsMaintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on promotions Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plusPrevious experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferredExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam, English, Tamil, Hindi)Strong persuasive and negotiation abilitiesComfortable working in a target-driven environmentProficient with CRM software and basic computer applicationsAbility to handle rejection and remain positive Working Conditions:Office-based or remote work depending on company policyStandard business hours, with occasional evenings/weekends depending on campaign needsCommission or bonus structure may apply
