Soft Tech Digi Media, a leading global digital marketing agency, is seeking a creative and talented Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Graphics Designer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs across various digital and print platforms. Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, brochures, and promotional materials.
Video Editing: Conceptualize and create visually engaging videos.
Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all design elements. Contribute to the creation of logos, brand guidelines, and other branding collateral.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketing specialists, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality, polished designs.
Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs remain innovative and relevant.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). Familiarity with design tools and platforms to enhance workflow efficiency.
Creativity: Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities. Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free designs.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interpret design briefs.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills to address design challenges and deliver effective solutions.
