Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) who is passionate about F&B and eager to build strong client relationships. You’ll be on the frontline—meeting potential clients, presenting our services, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team.

This role is perfect for someone who’s a confident communicator, naturally persuasive, and organized with a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads across cloud kitchen, restaurant, and food service segments.

• Meet prospective clients to understand their needs and pitch SetGo’s consulting and kitchen solutions.

• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations with professionalism and clarity.

• Negotiate and close deals aligned with company targets.

• Coordinate with the operations and consulting team to ensure timely project execution post-deal closure.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads in the pipeline and nurture long-term relationships.

• Update and manage CRM tools or internal trackers for lead progress and client communication.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (F&B, hospitality, or consulting sector preferred).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
