JOB TITLE : Sr. Executive /Executive - Export (Commercial)

REPORTS TO : Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
· Assist in pricing strategies by analyzing costs, market trends, and competitor pricing.
· Work with the sales team to provide accurate price quotations to customers.
· Setting up the price through negotiation and in consultation with the management
· Ensure pricing aligns with company profitability goals and market competitiveness.
· Checking the present rate of each customers / rates given for future orders/ any commitment
· Need to prepare costing of each and every orders
· Working of profitability for the order
· Need to maintain Competitors data
· Prepare insurance of all the invoices (CIF and C&I).
· Prepare and process export-related financial documents such as Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, bills of exchange, and remittances.
· Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on payment collections.
· To resolve the queries raised by bank for regularization
· Prepare report on statement of Outstanding
Qualifications & Skills:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Finance, or a related field.
· Experience: 3-4 years in export banking, trade finance, pricing, or international trade.
· Skills:
o Knowledge of trade finance instruments
o Understanding of export pricing calculations and costing.
o Strong analytical and numerical skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
o Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
o Strong communication and negotiation skills.
