🧾 Job Summary:

We are hiring a Computer/SAP Operator for our Warehouse Logistics Team to manage inward/outward entries, data recording, and documentation in SAP and Excel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining real-time system updates of all warehouse transactions and ensuring accurate data flow for inventory control and dispatches.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry of all inbound & outbound stock transactions in SAP (MM/Logistics Module)

• Generate and update GRN, DC, Stock Transfer Notes, Gate Entries etc. in system

• Maintain daily reports for inventory, dispatch status, and warehouse operations

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, transport team, and HO for data inputs

• Ensure real-time updates of material movement across multiple warehouses

• Use Excel sheets for manual records, reconciliation, and audit data

• File physical records as per compliance norms

• Support monthly MIS and stock audit preparation

🧠 Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP ERP (Logistics / MM Module)

• Good typing speed with accuracy in data entry

• Strong command over Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, filtering, etc.)

• Basic understanding of warehouse & logistics processes

• Ability to work under pressure and meet same-day reporting deadlines

• Team player with good coordination skills

🎓 Education & Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma in any stream

• Certification in SAP (preferred but not mandatory)

• Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)

📅 Experience:

• Minimum 6 month to 3 years in warehouse or logistics environment as data entry/SAP operator

• Fresher with good SAP skills may be considered
