Position: Execuitve - Dispacth

Packing and Dispatch Function

v Oversee Packing and dispatch activities on floor. Verify Parts are packed as per packing List or Order form which are received from stores and ensure no short supply.

v Follow-up of documentation for every dispatch where ever applicable

v Check materials are received from Assembly as per mfgg report made by Production and handover to Stores, then take clearance from stores and give it to packing.

v Record Serial Number of Warranty parts against every customer for all outgoing materials

v Preparation of Expanded packing List for demo / Exhibition Orders / Big Volume order/ Exports

v Take printout of address for all dispatches on daily basis,

v Preparation of E way Bill

v Choose suitable service provider for pick up of cargo

v Collecting courier dockets for dispatches and upload in ERP

v In case of need , Visit supplier place for inspection of wooden box.

v Monitoring Validity of UN certified Boxes and replace boxes before expiry

v Negotiate with transporter for full truck / Parcel load .

v Knowledge on export document preparation is preferred.

v Initiate cost saving measures and implementation.

Planning

v Planning of Packing material requirement for the month as per dispatch plan ( PR to be generated) – for wooden box, corrugated boxes , Foam , Bubble roll

v Record maintenance of Size and Weight of packed boxes for all dispatches enable to check courier cost and accordingly decide on suitable low cost courier.

Coordination with Accounts

v Coordination with Accounts for Sales returns that are sent back from customer end. Ensure it is checked and handed over to Stores

v Follow-up of Service Provider bill , take approval , and submission to accounts on weekly basis

v Outward invoice , E way Bill and docket to be submitted to accounts on daily basis for dispatches done. This is for audit purpose

Post Dispatch

v Ensure goods are received at customer site without any damages

v Updating Tracking status of couriers and monitor the performance of courier services and transporters

v Take Transit Insurance for high value goods

v Coordination with customer for goods unloading at site ( Big Cargo) and ensure acknowledgement from customer in LR

Minimum Requirements: Bachlore degree Graduate

Salary: ₹ 30,000 to ₹ 40,000 per month

Experience: 3-5 Years

Office Timing: 9.30 AM 6.00 PM - MONDAY TO SATURDAY
