Job Summary:
The Dispatch Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the dispatching of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of shipments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage logistics operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Dispatch:

Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of products/goods based on order requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or distribution centers.
Prepare dispatch documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
Logistics Coordination:

Communicate with drivers, transporters, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
Monitor vehicle movements and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Address and resolve any transportation or delivery-related issues.
Inventory & Record Management:

Maintain updated records of dispatched goods, pending orders, and returned shipments.
Ensure stock levels are accurate and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on dispatch and delivery activities.
Customer Service & Communication:

Coordinate with clients/customers regarding delivery schedules and status updates.
Address customer complaints or concerns related to dispatch and delivery delays.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient dispatch services.
Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper handling of goods to prevent damage during transit.
Follow safety protocols while managing dispatch and transportation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong coordination and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of transportation and logistics regulations is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in warehouse or fleet management.
Familiarity with GPS tracking and dispatch management tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
