Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage and optimize our inventory processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking stock levels, ensuring accurate records, and improving inventory efficiency while coordinating with the packaging and delivery teams for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage stock movement, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
• Coordinate with packaging staff to ensure timely order preparation.
• Work closely with delivery personnel to track shipments and resolve inventory-related issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Identify and implement process improvements for inventory control.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management.

Requirements:
• Experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the Inventory Management, Excel and google sheet management stock management.
• Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management best practices.
