Operations Executive-Logistics

Job Description

2. Handle Port to Port Ocean Freight, shipment independently

3. Knowledge of Export procedure & documentation is must

4. Coordinate for sea & air shipment custom process

5. Coordinate with Shipper, liner, transporter, CHA, Surveyor

6. Prepare reports like MIS for Documentation, DSR ,Operations & Customer Service

7. Day to day office coordination & reporting to the Head of Department

8. Place booking in shipping lines, VGM,

9. Independently handle shipment from factory till final destination

10. troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation

11. Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.

12. Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.

13. Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.

14. Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.

15 Good in English Drafting & Communication
