We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Executive to oversee and manage the logistics operations for our equipment manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement, storage, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished goods, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery, Transportation, Inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with the overall supply chain and manufacturing goals.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

• Monitor and manage transportation costs, delivery timelines, and vendor performance.

• Optimize logistics processes to reduce lead times, costs, and waste.

• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customs documentation, and transportation laws.

• Implement and maintain logistics-related KPIs and dashboards for performance tracking.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain management, preferably in equipment or heavy machinery manufacturing.

• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Experience with import/export regulations and customs clearance.

• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Leadership experience with cross-functional team coordination
