Job Summary:

We are building a High-Performance International logistics Team here at ROBU.IN & have vacancy for Logistics Executive-Import Export to join our team. Please note this post is only suitable for Candidates with Freshers–1years of experience into the Import Export Documentation or Back-End profile.

Number of Positions: 02 Only (Looking for Immediate Joiners).

Experience: Freshers- 1 Year Experience in Import Export documentation or Back End profile.

Salary Range: In-Hand- Rs.13,000/- to Rs.15,000/- per month + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits. CTC: Rs.2.07 to Rs.2.40LPA Per Annum.

Educational Qualification: BBA(IB), BBA (Logistics & Supply chain), Graduation completed Only can apply With Basic Computer and MS-Excel Knowledge. PG (Pursuing/Completed) kindly don't apply.

Desirable Skills:

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Must be fluent in English

• Should have a good grasp on MS Excel V-Lookup/Sum-Ifs/Count-Ifs/ Conditional-Formatting etc.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Candidate should have good knowledge of import export and International Logistics.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Documentation Management: Prepare, submit, and maintain all shipping documentation required for international transactions.

2)Shipment Coordination: Monitor and coordinate international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

3) Vendor Communication: Communication with vendors, forwarders, and courier companies to manage and track shipments effectively.

4)Reporting: Prepare and present detailed logistics reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

5)Support Functions: Provide administrative support to the Purchase and Logistics teams, including maintaining records and facilitating communication.

6) Any other responsibilities that his job may require time to time.
