Job Summary:

We are looking for efficient and detail-oriented Pickers/Packers to join our warehouse team. The role involves picking items accurately, packing them securely, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This position is crucial in maintaining ultra-fast delivery promise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Retrieve items from the warehouse based on order lists with accuracy.

• Packing Orders: Securely pack groceries and FMCG products to avoid damage during transit.

• Quality Check: Ensure the correct items are picked and packed without defects.

• Inventory Management: Assist in stock counting and report shortages.

• Warehouse Organization: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.

• Speed & Efficiency: Work quickly to fulfill customer orders while maintaining accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass (Higher education is a plus).

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.

• Basic ability to read and understand product labels and order sheets.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
