Job Summary: Zepto is looking for efficient and detail-oriented Pickers/Packers to join our warehouse team. The role involves picking items accurately, packing them securely, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This position is crucial in maintaining Zepto’s ultra-fast delivery promise. Key Responsibilities: Order Picking: Retrieve items from the warehouse based on order lists with accuracy.Packing Orders: Securely pack groceries and FMCG products to avoid damage during transit.Quality Check: Ensure the correct items are picked and packed without defects.Inventory Management: Assist in stock counting and report shortages.Warehouse Organization: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.Speed & Efficiency: Work quickly to fulfill customer orders while maintaining accuracy.Job Requirements:Minimum 10th pass (Higher education is a plus).Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.Basic ability to read and understand product labels and order sheets.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.Salary & Benefits:Base Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month.Performance Incentives & Overtime Pay.Employee Discounts on Zepto products.Health Insurance & other employee benefits.Career Growth – Opportunities for promotion to Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader roles.
