Job Title: Store Audit Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Store Audit Executive to conduct audits across retail stores to ensure

compliance with company policies, operational standards, and financial regulations. The ideal

candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in store audits, inventory verification, and process

adherence checks.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct regular store audits to check compliance with company policies and operational

standards.

 Monitor inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and loss prevention measures.

 Verify cash handling procedures and transaction records for accuracy.

 Identify process gaps, report irregularities, and suggest corrective actions.

 Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards in stores.

 Prepare detailed audit reports and submit findings to management.

 Work closely with store managers to implement corrective actions.

 Assist in fraud detection, risk assessment, and operational improvements.

 Ensure company SOPs are followed across all store operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

 1-3 years of experience in store audits, retail operations, or financial audits.

 Knowledge of audit processes, stock verification, and compliance checks.

 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

 Ability to travel to different store locations as required.

 Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Should be willing to travel in HP , Haryana for stores audit

Must have Bike and 2 Wheeler license.
