Coordinate and prepare outgoing shipments of materials, ensuring accurate quantities and proper packaging. Communicate with internal teams to update on shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise.
Receive incoming materials, verify the accuracy of shipments, and inspect for damages or discrepancies, unpacking & sorting of material after receiving.

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting periodic cycle counts to reconcile inventory levels.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to incoming and outgoing materials.
Handle the processing of all order dispatch with accuracy and timeliness.
