Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, track inventory movements, and conduct periodic stock audits.
Order Processing: Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders.
Warehouse Operations: Oversee goods receipt, storage, and distribution while maintaining proper documentation.
Coordination: Work closely with logistics, sales, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
Workforce Management: Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the warehouse operates under safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any field; certification in supply chain/logistics is a plus.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse/inventory management.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other inventory tracking tools.
Good communication and team management skills.
