Key Responsibilities: • Inventory Management: Tracking and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, and performing inventory audits.
• Material Handling: Receiving, storing, and issuing materials, ensuring proper storage conditions and preventing damage.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
• Coordination: Working with other departments like procurement, production, and accounts to ensure smooth operations.
• Reporting: Preparing reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any discrepancies or issues.
• Logistics: Coordinating with suppliers for deliveries, managing returns, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Additional Skills and Responsibilities: • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to inventory or material handling.
• Communication: Communicating effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
