• Monitor accounts receivable and assist in reducing Days Sales Outstanding 

• Work with the finance team to manage and minimize bad debts.
  
  

Order Processing 

• Ensure  accuracy in order entry and validation.

• Process of customer orders within 24 hours of receipt.

• Provide customers with timely updates on order status or changes.

• Address and resolve any order discrepancies promptly.
  

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

• Plan and manage inbound and outbound transportation logistics.

• Optimize carrier selection and route planning to reduce costs.

• Ensure timely and complete delivery of goods.

• Track deliveries and resolve issues causing delays.

• Monitor logistics expenses to stay within budgeted limits.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations or inventory management.

• Good understanding of logistics and credit control principles.
