Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. Ensure all kitchen items are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area. Assist in taking out trash, cleaning kitchen equipment, and mopping floors as needed. Restock clean dishes and utensils in appropriate storage areas. Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required.Follow safety procedures and report any maintenance or equipment issues to the manager.
