As a Facility Manager/ Technical Supervisor, your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Overseeing on service level agreements for services including Pump, Fire Safety, cleaning, etc.
• Ensuring facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
• Planning for future developments and overseeing any renovations or installations
• Assuring all systems and equipment remain in optimal working order
• Coordinating with in-house team and outsourcing services as necessary
Facility Manager qualifications and skills:
• Bachelor/Diploma in Facility Management/ Engineering, or a relevant field
• Minimum 3 Years of Experience in related positions.
• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager/ Technical Supervisor or relevant position
• Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems
• Proficiency in both technical and mechanical systems
• Understanding of the complexity and operations of the buildings
• Capacity for detail, problem-solving, and analysis
• Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks
