VeryQuik is redefining home services by offering hotel-grade cleanliness and hospitality standards in residential homes. We are seeking a professional Trainer to build, lead, and deliver structured training programs for our housekeeping executives. This role demands strong knowledge of housekeeping SOPs, an eye for detail, and the ability to instill hospitality-grade service culture in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training modules based on 4/5-star hotel housekeeping standards

• Train new recruits on cleaning techniques, hygiene practices, customer service, time management, and soft skills

• Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure SOP adherence

• Provide refresher training to existing staff and help upgrade their skills

• Monitor on-ground performance and provide corrective feedback

• Ensure use of proper tools, eco-friendly products, and safe handling practices

• Customize training for different types of homes, surfaces, and client expectations

• Develop checklists and visual guides for field staff

• Collaborate with Operations team to maintain consistent service delivery

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in hotel housekeeping or facility services, including training responsibilities

• Strong understanding of international hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with modern cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety practices

• Fluent in Hindi and basic English (spoken and instructional)

• Passion for grooming and mentoring frontline service professionals
