The Housekeeping staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in assigned areas, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for guests, employees, or residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust furniture, floors, and surfaces.

• Change bed linens, towels, and restock toiletries as needed.

• Dispose of trash and waste materials properly.

• Ensure the proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Follow health and safety regulations and company standards.

• Assist with laundry services if required.

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and proper storage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Work Environment:

• Hotels, hospitals, offices, residential buildings, or private homes.

• Indoor and sometimes outdoor cleaning responsibilities.
