House Keeping Staff

Bantr Restaurant is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, and staff rooms.

• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, floors, windows, and other surfaces.

• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and regularly checked throughout the day.

• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and ensure waste bins are emptied regularly.

• Follow hygiene and safety protocols in handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.

• Assist with setting up and tidying event spaces or private dining rooms as needed.

• Support kitchen and service staff with cleaning tasks during and after service hours.

• Ensure all cleaning checklists are followed and completed each shift.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, especially in restaurants or hospitality settings.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
