Job Summary:

NLS Constructions is seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Office Boy to join our team in Seshadripuram. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office premises while also providing basic administrative and support services. The ideal candidate will help ensure a professional, clean, and comfortable environment for our staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms

• Dust furniture, equipment, and fixtures regularly

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly

• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels

• Serve beverages and refreshments to staff and visitors

• Run errands such as document delivery or purchasing basic supplies

• Assist with setting up meeting rooms or rearranging furniture when required

• Ensure the pantry area is clean and stocked at all times

• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Manager

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior experience in a similar housekeeping or office support role is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks

• Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable

• Polite and helpful attitude with good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role at NLS Constructions, Seshadripuram

• May include early morning or late evening shifts based on need

• Occasional lifting and movement of cleaning supplies or small furniture
