House Keeping Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Cleaning and Sanitation:

  • Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning. 

  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks. 

  • Empty trash and dispose of waste properly. 

  • Clean and maintain floors, carpets, and rugs. 

  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. 

• Room Maintenance:

  • Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries. 

  • Ensure rooms are tidy and well-organized. 

  • Restock and replenish supplies as needed. 

• Guest Service:

  • Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services promptly and professionally. 

  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel. 

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area. 

• Other Duties:

  • Follow all health and safety procedures and use cleaning supplies and equipment safely. 

  • Assist other housekeeping staff as needed. 

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude. 

  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures. 

• Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not always required. 

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently. 

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. 

  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods. 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff. 

  • Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
