Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitation:
Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
Clean and maintain floors, carpets, and rugs.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Room Maintenance:
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
Ensure rooms are tidy and well-organized.
Restock and replenish supplies as needed.
Guest Service:
Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services promptly and professionally.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Other Duties:
Follow all health and safety procedures and use cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
Assist other housekeeping staff as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not always required.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
