Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be able to work independently, and take pride in delivering excellent service. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained to provide a pleasant environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning restrooms.

• Restock supplies in guest rooms such as towels, toiletries, and amenities.

• Clean and sanitize public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and stairways.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping closets and equipment.

• Report maintenance issues or damage to the supervisor for repair.

• Follow all health and safety protocols, including safe handling of cleaning chemicals.

• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Assist with laundry tasks, including folding and sorting linens and towels.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, informing management of any shortages or replacements needed.

• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective working environment.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move items as needed.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
