We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Kitchen Executive (Fresher) to join our bakery team. The role involves supporting the head chef in daily kitchen operations, assisting with baking preparations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the chef in preparing bakery items like cakes, pastries, cookies, breads, etc.
Help with measuring and mixing ingredients
Assist in decorating and packaging baked goods
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and workstation
Organize and store ingredients properly
Wash utensils, baking equipment, and tools after use
Follow safety and hygiene standards as per food industry norms
Carry out additional kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or supervisor
Requirements:
No prior experience needed – training will be provided
Passion for baking and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of ingredients and kitchen tools is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good hygiene and cleanliness habits
Team player with a positive attitude
