Wipe & clean equipment (coffee apparatus, steamer, induction, etc.,)Hot wash crockery & utensils o Deep cleaning once every week.2. Opening Procedures Unlock the restaurant. Pack Garbage + Clean + Prepare Bins Check toiletries, and trash bins for cleanliness and supplies.
