Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female State Manager with a background in Hotel Management to oversee property and housekeeping operations at our facilities in Bellandur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in housekeeping management, property administration, and a working knowledge of administrative functions within a corporate or hospitality setup. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, sustainable EV manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Supervise property management tasks, including vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and asset tracking.

• Manage and train housekeeping and facility staff to ensure high service standards.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality control measures across all managed properties.

• Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, budgeting, and resource planning.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure facility readiness.

• Collaborate with internal departments for seamless operations.

• Handle guest and visitor management with professionalism and hospitality expertise.

• Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

• Experience: 1 to 5 years in housekeeping, property management, or facility administration.

• Gender: Female candidates only (as per job requirement).

• Language: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; English and Kannada will be an added advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office tools and facility management software (preferred).

• Ability to multitask and lead teams efficiently.
