Housekeeping Manager

About Us:

We're seeking an experienced hospitality professional to manage our beautiful farmhouse situated on a dam near Kane Fata. The farmhouse will be rented out for yoga and meditation workshops, and we need someone who can ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Job Requirements:

- Age: 30-35 years

- Experience in hospitality management (minimum 2-3 years)

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

- Social media management skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Pleasant personality and excellent customer service skills

- Basic computer skills and accounting knowledge (accounts background a plus)

- Four-wheeler driving skills (desirable)

- Flexibility to work at our gallery locations in Koregaon Park or Mundwa when the farmhouse is not rented

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the farmhouse

- Coordinate with caretaker and cooks to ensure guest comfort

- Manage logistics for yoga and meditation workshops

- Handle guest queries and concerns

- Maintain basic accounts and records

- Utilize social media to promote the farmhouse (if required)

- Occasionally work at our gallery locations in Koregaon Park or Mundwa

Salary:

₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per month, plus profit sharing

A self-motivated and organized individual with a passion for hospitality and customer service, residing in the Talegaon/Dahu Road area, and willing to be flexible with location.
