Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

• The candidate possesses knowledge of various chemicals, such as R1, R2, and R4, and understands how to use them for effective cleaning.

• Manage housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to resolve issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in facility management or hospitality industry.

• B.A degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.

• Strong supervisory skills with ability to manage a team effectively.

• Proven track record of ensuring high levels of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
