Job Title: Office Boy

The Office Boy is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office by performing various tasks to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. The role involves assisting with basic office duties such as maintaining cleanliness, supporting staff with refreshments, and running errands.
Office Cleanliness:
Ensure cleanliness of office premises, including office floors, desks, kitchen, bathrooms, and meeting rooms.
Regularly empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
Support Staff:
Provide tea, coffee, and other refreshments to employees and guests.
Ensure the office pantry is stocked with necessary supplies and items.
Running Errands:
Deliver and pick up documents, packages, and other office materials.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and materials.
Handling Mail and Deliveries:
Assist with receiving and distributing mail and packages to the relevant departments or staff.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Office Equipment and Supplies:
Help with setting up meeting rooms for presentations and conferences.
Monitor and report on office supplies, ensuring that items such as paper, pens, etc., are always available.
Assist with Administrative Tasks:
Assist in filing, photocopying, and faxing as required.
Help with basic administrative tasks as directed by office staff or management.
Guest Reception:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/department.
Ensure guests are comfortable and well-attended to.
Other Tasks:
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth running of the office.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and supplies.
Physically able to perform tasks like carrying deliveries, cleaning, etc.
Honest, punctual, and reliable.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
