Job Title: Printer & Desktop Support Engineer (Site Engineer – Trade and Taxes, Delhi)

Job Description:
1. Printer Troubleshooting & Maintenance – Diagnose, service, and repair printers, including resolving hardware issues, part replacements, and regular maintenance to ensure smooth functionality.
2. Desktop Support & Hardware Replacement – Handle desktop-related queries, including RAM, SSD, and HDD replacements, system servicing, and troubleshooting common hardware/software issues.
3. On-Site Technical Support – Provide direct support at Trade and Taxes, Delhi, ensuring timely resolution of all IT-related issues. Calls and queries will be addressed exclusively at this site.
4. Coordination & Reporting – Maintain service records, coordinate with the team for part replacements, and ensure proper documentation of resolved issues.
5. Punctuality & Professionalism – Must be disciplined, punctual, and committed to resolving on-site queries efficiently while adhering to company standards.
