Job Description
Monitor and manage the daily operations of computer systems and networks to ensure they run efficiently.
Operate and maintain various computer systems, software, and hardware, ensuring they are functioning properly.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Execute daily system backup tasks, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Run scheduled programs and scripts, ensuring their correct execution and troubleshooting issues.
Maintain logs of computer operations, including performance data, issues, and resolutions.
Assist with hardware and software installations and upgrades.
Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to system operations.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure system maintenance and security are regularly performed.
Ensure adherence to security protocols and company policies regarding data protection and system access.
Perform system shutdowns, reboots, and restarts as needed during scheduled or emergency maintenance.
