Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

Responsibilities
User support: Provide support to users by answering questions, training users, and offering technical assistance
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware, software, and networks
Maintenance: Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and software
Security: Contribute to endpoint security measures
Incident management: Address user inquiries and technical problems quickly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity

Escalation: Escalate more complex problems to higher levels of IT support
