Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems

Job Description:

(Role in the organization and Key Responsibility Areas [KRA])

1. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
2. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
3. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
4. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
5. Update and maintain the computer inventory and equipment.
6. Assist in technical upgrading and maintaining of entire desktop systems.
7. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, Patch Management, Anti-Malware, Desktop/laptop imaging, anti-virus and inventory management tools.
8. Manage user expectations and potential risks
9. Chalk out maintenance plan for the prevention of unexpected failures
10. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions and procedures.
11. Follow standard help desk procedures, logging all help desk issues.

Skills required : Desktop Administrator / Network Administrator/Trouble Shooting

Preference of Educational background : BCA Degree

Preference of Professional background : CCNA and Core Switch Certified Engineer
