- Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
- Provide technical information and help
Troubleshoot & resolve issues in dialing applications (Auto Dialers, Predictive Dialers, Cloud Telephony, PBX)
✅ Handle VoIP, SIP trunking, PBX systems, and call-related issues
✅ Support customers via phone, email, & chat
✅ Work with Genesys, VICIDial, Ameyo, Exotel, Knowlarity, or similar dialers
✅ Experience with CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, Freshdesk) & ticketing tools (Zendesk, ServiceNow) is a plus
